Learn more about what it means to chair or serve on a search committee in the Division of Student Development. We will review the administrative side of running a search, discuss recuitment practices, provide resources for developing interview questions, and many other important functions of a search committee. Required for anyone chairing a search committee within the Division, but highly recommended to anyone who will or would like to serve on a search committee.
